We are thrilled to confirm that we are looking to expand our Bar team!
As a Bartender you will, prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages whilst ensuring that all our guests have an outstanding experience.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Confident knowledge of mixology for traditional and menu beverage
- Producing accurate drink orders in a timely manner
- Take accurate orders from customers and front of house staff
- Verify identification and age requirements as necessary
- Clearing away empty glasses from the bar area and cleaning them
- Setting up and clearing down after service, making sure all areas are clean and tidy
- Ensure payments and receipts are correct
- Confident knowledge of both drinks and food menu
- Assist the Front of House team as and when requried. Including taking orders and serving beverages and meals
- Be an excellent team player, supporting all areas of the restaurant and brand
- Maintain a presentable appearance and personal hygiene
This is a full time, permanent role. This role offers 30-40 hours per week.
