You will be based in Westfield Stratford City - the largest shopping mall in Europe - which houses a hotel, casino, cinema, bowling alley and 300 other retailers. The ultimate destination for food, fashion and fun! We have great transport link services connecting us to locals and long distance customers.
We are located on the ground floor, just adjacent to Waitrose.
Pay: £12/ hour
Working hours: FULL TIME, 40 hours a week, including weekdays and weekends. Earliest start time is 8:30am and 10pm would be the latest finish time (subject to change) on a rotating basis.
Job Purpose:
Food preparation and service, and dealing directly with customers greeting and offering a great customer service, suggesting and upselling our products. The role involves extensive food preparation such as ingredients preps, assembling dishes, helping with deliveries, ensuring enough stock, and keeping all working areas organised and clean.
To support and assist the Site Manager in the daily operations of the store. Helping to ensure that the store areas are professionally managed/ organised and a high degree of customer care, quality, cost control and revenue maximisation is achieved.
What qualities are we seeking?
- You have 2 years customer-facing experience
- Previous Management / Supervisory experience
