We’re currently looking for passionate, enthusiastic individuals with a can-do attitude to work as Courier Drivers for a Global Logistics Company based in Newquay. This is a temp to perm position and an excellent opportunity to join a fantastic team.
Salary: £12.90 per hour plus overtime and holiday pay
Shift pattern: Day shift | Monday - Friday | 10.00/10.30am – 6.00/7.00pm
Role requirements:
· Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences
· Applicants will need to provide a full 5yr work or study history
· A basic DBS Certificate will need to be obtained
Role responsibilities:
- Delivering parcels and goods to customers on a designated route
- Ensure all delivery documentation is completed for each drop
- Communicate any issues or discrepancies to the Depot Manager
- Display excellent communication skills, speed, and accuracy
- Initiative, an eye for detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Accurately follow instructions given
- Full training is provided, and no experience is required, just a willingness to be flexible and productive with fantastic customer service skills is more important for this role
