Solving homes LIMITED are an established supported living service registered with CQC.
We are looking for male Support Workers who demonstrate compassion and empathy in their approach caring for service users with learning disabilities.
You will be providing care to residents in their home, as well as supporting them to take part in a number of activities such as climbing, walking, gardening, shopping trips and meals out.
If you have the right values and skills, this is a position which will provide huge scope for progression to senior positions as our business grows. We provide extensive training programmes and support in the role including support to enrol on higher NVQ health and social care levels, however NVQ Level 2 is required for this role.
All shifts available AM, PM, WAKING NIGHT, SLEEPING NIGHT
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £12.50-£14.50 per hour
