Job description
Smiths the Bakers are a traditional family bakery established over 50 years and Royal Warrant holders for over 30 years.
The bakery is located on Hardwick Narrows Industrial Estate King's Lynn PE30 4BH.
Due to expansion and reorganisation, we are looking for a suitable person to help prepare filled goods (sandwiches etc) and packing/labelling orders ready for delivery.
Experience in a similar role would be an advantage although training will be provided.
Applicants must be trustworthy, flexible, reliable and prepared to do additional hours when required in busy periods. Plus holiday and sick leave cover.
You will be working as part of a team and required to meet deadlines.
Base hours of work 18 hours a week are: Sunday, Monday & Tuesday 11pm-5am
Applicants must be able to do extra days when required.
Please note: National Minimum Wage will apply to age range if under 23 years of age plus an additional 50p and hour.
A minimum of a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate is required or be achieved within 4 weeks of starting.
